Our small group Personal Training in small groups of 5 people where you will be pushed to your limits.

Small group Personal Training sessions are perfect for anyone looking to push their fitness to the next level, and equally suited for those new to exercise who want to get fit fast! They offer an affordable form of personal training and are available for all fitness levels.

We run our small group Personal Training throughout the year with set weekly sessions open to anyone to book on, held at Holloway Hill Recreation Ground in Godalming. You can book on as many sessions as you wish.

We run three types of small group Personal Training sessions in Godalming:

👉 Personal Training Blitz – These sessions are perfect for anyone looking to push their fitness to the next level, and equally suited for those new to exercise who want to get fit fast! Our sessions are strength and conditioning based to compliment or large group classes. In these PT sessions It’s all about Barbells, Kettlebells, squats, jump boxes, pull ups, deadlifts, clean and press, squats and more! You will be pushed to your limited and achieve amazing results.
 
👉 PT Box – Our brand new dedicated Boxing sessions! These are another level all together compared to our weekly large group Boxing classes. Working in groups of 5 we can really nail it – you will learn perfect technique, a range of punched, combinations and work on movement and we’ll even chuck in some sparring!

Speed Camps –
Do you want to improve your running, speed and explosiveness? Then this new class is perfect for you! We will improve athletic performance by increasing your speed, agility, and quickness through cutting edge training principles & techniques. We will teach you the perfect running technique, work on a number of movement drills in various planes, explosive exercises such as plyometric movements and active dynamic conditioning.

You can pick and chose any of the sessions listed, Be quick though as sessions often sell out in a matter of minutes when released!

To book on any of the above sessions get in touch ASAP! There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions you need to book on, you can do as many as you wish!
